Elemental

Is Elemental delivered via postal mail or only by download?

Either. Elemental can be downloaded right immediately after you place your order in just a few minutes on a 28K modem. Additionally, if you wish, we can ship you the game on CD-ROM for a minimal additional charge. It's up to you. Top

Passage

How do I combine inventory items in Passage?

This is in the manual, but it seems a bit confusing, so I'll try to clarify here. I'll use an example from the game. If you were wanting to combine a bowl of water with flour to make dough, you would first select one or the other by right clicking on the item in your inventory. This will make that item highlight indicating it is selected. Then to combine that selected item (say the flour) with the bowl of water, you would left click on the bowl of water to bring up its choice menu. You'll see three choice boxes: Look, Use, and another containing a small picture of the selected item (which should be flour if that is what you highlighted.) Choose the option containing the picture of the flour by left clicking on it. If the two items (the one whose menu you were working with, and the highlighted item) can be combined, the game will do so. Flour and water can, and they will be removed from your inventory and replaced with a bowl containing the resulting dough. I hope this helps clear of this little process. If it doesn't, let me know. How long will it take to play Passage?

While playing Passage you'll visit over 50 different locations, and meet dozens of characters speaking thousands of lines of dialog. The plot itself spans six chapters, and it should take the average player many hours of solid gaming to finish the adventure. Top

Does Passage have voice acting?

No, we felt that voices weren't necessary for the player to get the most enjoyment out of our game, considering the time it would have taken to get it put together. Passage plays just fine without them, and there are many commercial games (Final Fantasy for example) that don't use them either. Top

Passage will not begin! It flashes a black screen, but then returns to the desktop.

You probably don't have the Passage CD in your CD-ROM drive. Passage must be played with the CD in your CD-ROM at all times. The game will occasionally need to read data from the CD and will result in an error if it is unable to find the data. Replace the CD and try again. Top
